NAVLIN data team is a cesspool of mediocrity. The leadership in Pune was earlier headed by a toxic Senior Director who was a third rate bully who rewarded sycophancy rather than performance. The current leadership team barely understands the fundamentals of Pricing. People in Pune who are involved in the decision making are a bunchof self pontificating morons. Overall very bad experience. Those who have with growth and stability career do not join this company. Eversana has not stable company. Internal teams made politics, team members very scared to share process knowledge, specially finance team is very pathetic. I have worked experience bigger companies but this was worst experience. I AM happy for I AM part of the eversana. And like to spend more time with eversana. Friendly environment, it will be more good if we can add some points in the environment like new joiney comfert, good and proper training,. Etc

Not proper training for new one joiney, seniors puts pressure on new joiney. And it feels like we are in pressure zone without anyone assist us.

I personally learnt so many things at Navlin Data team. I worked for around 2 years there, but I really enjoyed my time. I think the review given above is a complete personal opinion as it does not apply to all the employes worked there. All the operational managers and team leads in Navlin Data are better than many other places andI would say you would actually feel friendly working along with them. Compared to my previous experience, it was really nice. People should not share reviews based on personal grudges. It should always be about professional environment. They can fire you anytime behind the facade of restructuring. Manager will keep you in the dark till the last moment. Use and throw approach. Career growth is next to none. Few others I knew had been laid off in a day's notice. Worst company to work for. If you want to endanger your future then please do join this company, else it is not worthy.
