Here i am talking about ITC department,Very very poor management, Strict hybrid policies for only those employees who don’t have good connections to manager and vice president.for some employee they break this rule and gave permanent work from home .Manager doesn’t follow the hybrid policies even pmo team members also don’t follow them those who send the mail to follow the hybrid policies …Only values for old employees even new employee work hard and gave full contribution on project . Learning cources are good, policies are ok.

Managers are not good and higher management is not interactive with you so you can't raise your voice. They say "Your breaks are being noticed by the higher management" while my breaks count was mostly 2-3 including lunch break. Plus they have 3 months notice period and negotiation is totally dependent upon your manager.

Job security, initial salary hike when we join the firm and moderate work balance

Promotions are too much delayed and are biased also sometimes. Some gets in 2 years and others takes more than 3 or 4, but the standard rules says that you should complete atleast 3 years for promotion but that doesn't happen. Very very very pooor.... momentary hikes. Average is 4-5% doesn't matter how good u perform

Company's toxic culture. No, Team bonding, Just go, do your work come home. Won't allow you WFH when you needed it. But they will give you WFH when they need you to stretch.

There is Nothing which I like about evalueserve, they say they prioritize employee health but they don't.

Everything as the managers misuse their positions to humiliate employees, they even didn't care about the health of the employees. Most important thing even HRs also don't do anything for you here. No work life balance, micro-management we can't even plan for weekends, and most importantly when you work on weekends they did not give you compoff against the same.
