1) Poor Appraisals 2) Pathetic and Rigid promotion policy 3) Although one gets to work 3 day from home, it becomes a task due to live video recording because of which one needs to sit in front of the laptop for 6-7 hours (excluding breaks) 4) No skill development on the job 5) Monotonous work (except few verticals) 6) Some managers/leaders are low on Emotional Quotient. 7) Cafeteria food is below average 8) No cab facilities (except for women in dark hours) 9) Not so professional culture (chill environment comes at the cost of professionalism) 10) No free parking spot for employees (Need to pay 1200 bucks to reserve a spot on a monthly basis)...Read More

Job security, initial salary hike when we join the firm and moderate work balance

Dislikes

Promotions are too much delayed and are biased also sometimes. Some gets in 2 years and others takes more than 3 or 4, but the standard rules says that you should complete atleast 3 years for promotion but that doesn't happen. Very very very pooor.... momentary hikes. Average is 4-5% doesn't matter how good u perform

There is Nothing which I like about evalueserve, they say they prioritize employee health but they don't.

Dislikes

Everything as the managers misuse their positions to humiliate employees, they even didn't care about the health of the employees. Most important thing even HRs also don't do anything for you here. No work life balance, micro-management we can't even plan for weekends, and most importantly when you work on weekends they did not give you compoff against the same.

It is important to establish a consistent rotational schedule for shifts, along with a designated rotational week off. This structure should be clearly outlined and fixed to ensure fairness and predictability for all employees.

There is not much to like If you are lucky your work life balance will be good If you get in a good team with a variety of work you might learn as well

HR is in management's pocket Appraisals are pathetic even when you get promoted Parties are also very rare Cost cutting in everything All senior people are incompetent and are left in the company because they could not go anywhere else

Here i am talking about ITC department,Very very poor management, Strict hybrid policies for only those employees who don’t have good connections to manager and vice president.for some employee they break this rule and gave permanent work from home .Manager doesn’t follow the hybrid policies even pmo team members also don’t follow them those who send the mail to follow the hybrid policies …Only values for old employees even new employee work hard and gave full contribution on project . There's something I've been wanting to talk about. It just feels so wrong, the way some people think they can treat others. Especially when they use their position to try and pressure someone into doing something they're uncomfortable with. It's just not okay.
