Behaviour of team leader was very cruel he tries to harras girls and he didn't approve any leaves for atleast 1 day per month. And the salary will not paying but blackmailing that they will stop the salary if we quit the job. And the management doesn't fit for this real estate field , don't know how to convince and behave infront of the customer .
