Working at this company has been a fantastic experience! The staff is incredibly supportive and willing to lend a hand and provide guidance whenever needed. One of the best aspect is abundant learning opportunities --- whether it is through formal trainings or just been encouraged to explore new ideas and skills, there is always a room for growth . Plus the company ensures we have the access to latest tech tools and devices, ensuring we have everything we need to excel in our roles. However some employees have taken advantages of this generosity by not returning the company properties like Tablets and Laptops while leaving. Even what is more frustrating that some of these individuals even complain about settling there salaries without returning what belongs to the company, which creates unnecessary issues. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade forchiling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joiness.
