HR people are little bit friendly towards the employees.

Dislikes

Work culture is very very bad.Some lead people have lots of arrogance rather knowledge in the subject and you can find more politics in the working premises than SE ,which is a big problem for organisation and if you told anything to them then you just forget about your promotion and hike. Company don’t have any project for Java people.only POC. No career growth.. No learning... No Salary...only you will waste your valuable time if you will work this organisation....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
