It is for marketing and sales profile but increments and incentives no way. This company is for freshers who want just experience take 1 year experience and fly away from here

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
