Employee claim process is very poor no support from HR, raising grievances among employee. No logical approach, only matter for HR is how to refuse the claims whether it is genuine or non genuine by asking illogical reasons. Hierarchy is made but complete task burden is given to down the line, no support according to hierarchy.
