Full of politics by management. No growth, salary is very low. Best for people after 10years+ experience so that work will be low.

Its good if you want job security and just sit in office without doing any work.Flexible timing.No one will care how much you have worked hard for the company and you will never get appreciated for your works.

Dislikes

Blind faith on old employees. Partiality. Poor management. Other employees will show your work as its done by them and get appreciated. Seniors are useless they don't know anything so if you join here then you are on your own don't expect any help from any seniors.

Work Details

Hectic.In the team of 5 members alone i have done the development of project without any senior help because when ever i reached my seniors i didn't got any useful help.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
