Experience at this office is far from positive. The workplace environment heavily influenced by office politics, starting from the driving staff which can sway the opinion of Directors. Additionally there is noticeable lack of respect for female employees. Some of the Members of the top management make frequently offensive remarks for the female employees. There is lack of respect and safe environment for women leading to almost non existent female staff. Reactions of few individual in top management is affecting the entire organisation. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike
