Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

you will learn not to trust anyone, Performance will be judged by how long you can sit in the office even after office time gets over. the best place to learn how to deal with pressure mentally.

Think Twice or thrice before Joining. 1. Over Pressure over load of work. 2. NO fix timing. you will be forced to work for more then 8-9 Hors. if you don't - you will be judged accordingly. 3. late coming in office may leds to half day, But working for 2-3 hours extra will not pay you for that. 4. Dont be Fooled by their words as they will deduct a small part of your salary by saying that every month 2-3 k will be deducted feom your salay and we will pay you total of this amount at the end of year. later at the end they will make excuse of your poor performance issues and deduct the amount and might end up giving you little. if you leave in between by proper official resignation, that mount will not be givien to you. 5. read papers twice before signing. 6. lots of politics...Read More
