The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

Dislikes

The unnecessary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

EY is a great place to work. I feel work life balance is good here but depends on project to project. There are a lot of scope for career growth. Compensation and increment are good compared to other service based company but it depends on an individual and company performance.

I have never seen such a organisation where there is no culture. People is using slang language on the floor and even manager is saying she is not able to manage the team. Working hours is 15 hours in a day that's why pune girl died.

Workplace harassment and workplace discrimination is rampant. Indian managers in US at this company are bullies and bring their countries’s interstate bias to the US. Very pathetic personalities. It depends on which entity you join I am working for EY India LLP tech consulting and 3 years been great. Culture and work life balance is great. Make sure to work and always get good client feedback. Work from home for eligible employees whos working great at client place. Outings, management events , offsite everything is good.

Dislikes

They don’t have rule of hire and fire like other service companies, but it’s good if you have a project always. Avoid being on bench. Only bad part is no cab facility.

Lot of free courses will be offered but this has to be done apart from the 11 to 12 hours of work. So nothing much to say as positives.

Dislikes

All ey cares about is the billing from clients they have no concern about the employees or their development. Client companies choose ey services because they have no backbone they bend to an extent to agree all the request placed by clients.

Just the initial salary hike. Everything else was super toxic. Even the initial salary hike was compensated by pathetic appraisals and low salary hike in the next 2 years.

There cost cut plan. No cabs for day time. Heavy target for agents. No concern on work life balance. Asking to login on weekends without any OT. workstation are too congested.
