Culture is good, work life balance is also somewhat good
Job security.work culture is good,depends on project. Management would look fine when you spend some time in company. Nothing as such policy compare to other firms.

There are lot of efforts required to change domain.. Salary is way low... Work doesn't get appreciated.sometimes more pressure
