Culture is really bad in terms of freedom to think and implement anything. If you have worked into some MNC or good company, it can be a cultural shock !

1 Dislike to concentration of authority in person, prefer a more balanced approach to treat ABMs fairly in the organisation. 2 Displeased with the behaviour of RBMs and SMs misusing the authority, especially in building personal relations with core customers and potentially using company's resources for personal gain. 3 Dissatisfaction with minimum incremental policy for non- performers. I got high increments because i use to perform every year. However, its not fair with the non performers, they are also assets of the corporate. 4 Incentive policies are like just checked in the box. 5 No appreciation awards to the performers.
