For me two things which I dislike about Eris Lifesciences Ltd. Those who are associated with them for longer period of time have not given appraisal on timely. Another Increment Structure is not upto satisfactorily level

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Eris Lifesciences Ltd. The diverse culture, timely wages, gratuity and emphasis on professionalism and work ethics made it a great place to work. With a strong reputation in the market, ample promotional opportunities, and focused on employee well- being, my time there was truely rewarding.

1 Dislike to concentration of authority in person, prefer a more balanced approach to treat ABMs fairly in the organisation. 2 Displeased with the behaviour of RBMs and SMs misusing the authority, especially in building personal relations with core customers and potentially using company's resources for personal gain. 3 Dissatisfaction with minimum incremental policy for non- performers. I got high increments because i use to perform every year. However, its not fair with the non performers, they are also assets of the corporate. 4 Incentive policies are like just checked in the box. 5 No appreciation awards to the performers.
