Huge Politics, Baised approach, Owner driven decison making, Poor profesionalism, Diabeto division is good remaning all business are struggling (Cardio, Neuro and Acute) due to poor vision and no clarity of business

Work Details

Learned lot more think but could have done much better if oppurtunties given. No system and Baised approach. My senior leaders are good it was only learning I have. Always struggle due to lack of visibility of business.

Huge politics, Biased Behaviour, Seniors have not authority even can't approve simple pen as well, Poor profesionalism, No roll of HR, No clarity of business and poor vision except Diabteo all business are struggling like Cardio, Neuro and Acute. Many hardworking field person have lost job due to ilogical dicission making.

Work Details

Learned many things worked hard for business but never motivated emotionally or finacialy by seniors or MD or even HR as victims of Biased approach Could have done much better if oppurtinty given.
