Hardworking employees are never cared. Boot-licking culture is on higher side. Basic Principle of mgmt: Don't give a f#*k untill unless the employee is able to manage that tremendous amount of work.. If he'll die/resign, will see. Toxic Culture. Nobody wants to work. Work life balance only on papers. Stakeholders are big time MORONS!

First of all os Job Security. There is nothing like that. Whenever they don't get enough project, they will throw you out with just 20-25 days of notice period. I also faced this issue here. My Manager ANURUDDHA KOLEY is very rude in behaviour didn't speak in a polite manner for once in the job period. The work environment is very poor which I faced. You'll feel like used like a pen. Employee benefits are quite good which includes WIFI reimbursement, Free cab shuttle facility, subsidised meals. Career growth depends totally upon Manager and domain profitability. Work life balance is subject to project requirements and client timezone
