No hike, so salary increment, even though you will be working in the company for 10, 12 hrs they will hardly give you 10-12% hike and there are many old people who have been working for 15 20 years, they are literally sitting and doing nothing but getting paid

Everything seems bad right now, no promotion, no major salary hikes, only work and work pressure is increasing exponentially. Almost working for 10-11hours everyday and even on weekends without any extra pay. forcing work from office but there's no space to sit, not enough seating and parking for employees, cutting employee benefit programs, too many lay offs and managed attritions

Internal politics in some team like mine. There are fool people in my team which makes toxic culture within the team.. My lead has no skills to manage team but still he is lead. And manager don't listen if someone complain about him. Some people do just lickering

First of all os Job Security. There is nothing like that. Whenever they don't get enough project, they will throw you out with just 20-25 days of notice period. I also faced this issue here. My Manager ANURUDDHA KOLEY is very rude in behaviour didn't speak in a polite manner for once in the job period. The work environment is very poor which I faced. You'll feel like used like a pen. Employee benefits are quite good which includes WIFI reimbursement, Free cab shuttle facility, subsidised meals. Career growth depends totally upon Manager and domain profitability. Work life balance is subject to project requirements and client timezone
