Some of the Indian managers are not good because of them I have given low rating, Ericsson needs to work on it. Yes some are genuinely good 👍.

No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that

Everyone is helpful and no one actually points out and play blame game. No one will question your efficiency, work you do or anything. No micro management.

No chance of personal growth as no one will question you. That self learning and growth environment is missing which leads to poor growth for new joiners.

As global market they ask Indians to work on Indian holiday which is fine but in return they don't give holiday on other countries market, if you work for USA then during USA holiday they will ask you to work for UK ,,,, injustice, no work life balance , constant false market reputation's pressure , no HR support , no ethics

Attrition chances are less. Good diversified culture. No one questions about how much time is put daily to work. If you finish your work and log off you are not questionable.

If some one is less ambitions and want to live a linear life, then ericsson is good.Line manager is concerned about his own KPI, wont bother about individuals aspiration.

1.They donot give STV to employees who served full year (Jan to Dec) but if not part of system in March when they payout! However, they pay prorata to employees who joined few months in year but in system of March !! 2. Managers donot explicitly talk of important things at crucial employee. 3. Few team members donot know how to work with female employees.

Internal politics in some team like mine. There are fool people in my team which makes toxic culture within the team.. My lead has no skills to manage team but still he is lead. And manager don't listen if someone complain about him. Some people do just lickering
