The company management has gone mad,just they need all the employees to become Python developer at any cost. They management and the managers is simply pushing hard upon the employees to become Python developer and automate the tasks at any cost. They just have to show the saving hours to their respective managers to get appraisals and promotions at the cost of employees. 70-80% BOTs created in Ericsson are garbage ones, the managers are aware of it but they will showcase it as gold or platinum to get their appraisals and promotions. Managers in Ericsson are simply eating-up the company with huge packages. Their only work is to push employees to do coding, fill timesheets on time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. Ericsson is my MNC, I am working here in PMO pool. I feel to great with Ericsson. It provides you cab for both side, balance work life, nice ambience and training before enengaged any projects.
Maybe some people get great package but I had joined at low package but I am performing very well my boss give me just few appreciation points and reward but in case of increment he just give hardly 5-8% this is extremely low.

No work life balance, managers are pathetic, plus management don’t help anyone. Working from last 2 years. Company is closed on Saturday’s but they take work from us and didn’t pay any single penny. Full of racism and discrimination towards India
Local management cannot take stand. No respect for legal working hours and personal time of employees in india. Different policy for India that still smells of colonial discrimination and racism. You cannot call field engineer in UK 1 minute before or after their shift but Indian employees are exploited and don’t even get rest on weekends. india employees are made to work 12-14 hours a day. Management is terrible and focusing to get work on 100 by 20 in india without any working automation or efficient process. Overdoing feminism at cost of hard-working male employees.
