The great place to work for every women employees. The Organization will be excellent support always while an employee is an medical emergency situations. The work life balance is too good.

Dislikes

There is nothing growth for senior women employees. Always the same peoples only get the recognization at every year who favour to managers. Male domination is too high here. Not supporting for women employees.

Every employee working for an rm should have the same salary. I work at Equitas Bank without any prior experience, but we do the work that experienced people do. Why do salaries differ for people doing the same job?
