Equitas is very much advantage for new freshers or new joiners to banking industry if performance satisfy to the level we will get easy promotions it special for sales people

For operations it is disadvantage there is no incentive structure or HIGH LCRS for operations team

(1)As per compared to Business Development manager no any sells target but operation Manager much sells products target. (2)Without proper any time launched new software. (3)No proper tranning and every day new Process change. (4) No any mandatory leave provided by bank in BM and BOM.

So nice company. But I have to leave this company with heavy heart for growth as there are less chance to grow due to internal politics. It's policy and product are hotch potchI tried too much to make this Bank as brand but there are many uneven internal barrier such as RCU and lack of co ordination among all vertical.

Dislikes

Selling MOD where there is not liability branch. Technical policy also a barrier as it is not clear to the market and competitors. My promotion also stuck due to uneven reason/person. Softwares are not upto date. Bank should adopt latest technology and IT product.

Because of some people banking industry is not good now days. They some major issues in work satisfaction. Pressurized the staff for more work. Shouting and toxic environment seen now days that's why more deaths seen. Now they unofficially forced to work 7days.

In Equitas work culture is toxic nowadays they don't even think twice by terminate the staff, harrasment is infront of hr no action taken after that give justification for non performing staff. If banking industry is running like this no one will work here for long. Work Details

Last two years our supervisors spoiling the culture, so many politics was indirectly impact our overall business growth, especially sales team treated as enemy, our supervisors supported only operation team performing or non performing no issues but continuely supported, so the non performing operation staff continually well growth, so please change the working culture and treat all are equal

Not so good culture of the branch, there's no limit of working hours they ask employees to work on bank holiday, sundays and even on 2nd & 4th Saturday . branch timing are 9:15 AMto 8 in the evening sometimes it goes till 9PM. Multiple teams meeting and con-calls 3-5 times a day. TL rejects weekday attendance if the employee fails to work on holiday
