Policy and variety of products for the customer is great,. In my opinion extensive training on the products for all the employees is the need of the hour which in turn increase the company's goodwill among the customers and us to great heights. Rehire policy is also good.

It's a new start up bank .so everyone has to do sales . They recruit as branch operations manager but in salary slip mentioned as SALES . So it's affect other bank interviews .so kindly check and join

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
