I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. - they give insurance to parents as well - If you are a fresher you will get higher package compared to who are working in this company with more experince 😁, also nice package they will offer while you join - All of the peoples are nice except management

I have been part of Equifax for a year. Where I did not have any architect works rather they have given developer role along with fresher for module delivery. No one from India office aware what is going for any project delivery except onshore. The entire office build for overall support and maintenance, also there is no support from offshore management though they are not worried about any other area....Read More

Salary benefits: Expect no more than 5% year on year. Promotions: Yes. But be ready for increase in responsibilities without any hike. If you are given a lollipop, remember to ask in writing as they will never stand with their words.
