Job security was secured upto project datum line, Work culture was good, Management was slightly very weak before ending project, Company policies was favorable .

Dislikes

Local people of Kashmiris very rudely behave in his nature. They try to bye pass a working staff belongs to other state.They misbehave to other people and try to misconduct in his work. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
