The company policies are good like WFH for 2 days in a week and helping for poor people to study and 50:50(both men and women) and Friday food free and net reimbursement.

Dislikes

Irrespective of the above benefits what makes to leave Epsilon is management. My manager is a worst fellow doesn't have any technical skills even though he is an architect, even though how hard you work he won't encourage instead he will criticize you. Because of him me and 4 people left the company and we reported the same to HR Manager and Directors but nobody didn't consider over concerns which makes me feel so much mad.Employee doesn't have the proper recognition here....Read More

Some occasions they conduct they are good.

Out manager is worst whatever we do they tell it is wrong and there is no encouragement. Always discriminating on the work we do somany are suffering like this in the company but they are not telling it. On top of the managers check properly what they are doing how they managing. No proper KT will be provided once joining the project. One day they will provide food that is also too worst. No hike will be provided for years if you do the work and complete the tasks also they will put in below target in year end review. Managers don't know how to train employees and properly use them. They will get awarded by discriminating us and they will get increment on it and they will get position change for it.
