All most all, govt office kind of behaviour , with hell lot of politics

Great firm for people with 10-15yrs experience. It's good facilities and the perks they provide the employees are also commendable.

Dislikes

Not much things to dislike but some more clarity and care need to be taken while recruiting new people and should be more transparent on the work demands. Since this part is not taken care, they are facing attrition of employees to a good extend.

Work Details

It's a company with huge American cash reserves and they spent without any hesitation. The events, activities, outings are examples for the extravaganzas which I think would get controlled in an year or two for sure. Overall it's a good company.

Likes

Good Domain,Wfh options, no strict rules about timings, freedom in implementation. In house Products.

Dislikes

Some poor managers, they think about their careers only and managers will not or act like do not have time to listen to Junior's. If you work under different skillset manager you are gone, because they don't understand what you are doing.
