Overall Experience In this organization, I have spent 3+ years in the Team Leader position. I have learned so many things. Its management is really very good. In COVID time they have not deducted any single rupee and give the whole salary on time and they give good appraisal also. They are offering a good salary for fresher also. EPS is just not a IT Company. I found this as my family. What I learn here is everything for me. Every senior helped me lot. First they throw you in the river and ask you to swim. But always has an eye on you to help. When covid started, sir decided to work from home just to safe guard all. Whatever position I will reach in the future, EPS will be main reason. Thank you all.

Work culture is amazing, there is a lot here to learn. As it is a service-based company and we have to work on different projects. And Projects helped me in learning new things about Technologies.
