Managers are worst and It’s a trap that you have to work 5-6 hour/day instead they will make you to work in double shift in the night too(with USA folks). Initial 2 months they won’t say anything but after 2-3 month, real things will start And then they will start pressurising and will make you to work in double shifts ultimately. One more main reason is, They use legacy tech stacks completely. Its 3 days/week job with No extra or exchangeable WFH relaxation irrespective of any emergency family situation. Salary comes on time. Sports event will be happening but for that there won't be any seperate leave Annual event will be done at some 5 star resorts.
