...r growth, old products, incompetent Indian management (US team is quite good). Too much disparity in salary among same experience people. 2021-2022 attrition is sky high. Favoritism, Managers & directors are decision makers there is no role of HRs and policies. Sometimes Managers encourages to put down papers, although it's a good thing but this gives anyone idea how awesome management is.

Amazing work life balance. No micro-management. Would reccomend to anyone who's looking for settling down for long term in a company.

Pay and appraisal could've been better. Doesn't have full remote option.

Not good, after clearing interviews and getting joining letter they are saying join in less compensation coz in between they got resource in less compensation. Not trusty organization.

All the decisions are taken from foreign teams. Some India team managers have no knowledge technology on which their teams work. Managers do not provide timely and correct feedback to you. You can be fired any time suddenly without proper reason.

...nd have a feeling that you are incompetent, then this is the best place for you. If you are someone who wants to do some job to just pay bills, then this is the company for you. If you want to have a good time with your family along with a job, this is the best company. If you want to moonlight, then this is the best company.

Incompetent people everywhere No growth No salary hikes No promotions No opportunities No learning No guidance or mentorship
