Not good, after clearing interviews and getting joining letter they are saying join in less compensation coz in between they got resource in less compensation. Not trusty organization.

This is manager driven organization where HR are puppets. They dont have any role to play other than nodding their head to the mangers .No work life balance. Worst managerial behavior towards people working below them. They target person to an extent where employee will start doubting there skill set and self confidence. Micromanagement to another level where it becomes suffocating for an employee . Everything is prorated(salary hike,bonus) in case if someone goes on maternity/LOP leave.
