Job Description

The Product Developer, Lead is responsible for hands-on development and leadership in designing, coding, testing, and
maintaining Epicor products. The Product Developer, Lead, serves as a mentor and guides the team.

What Youll Do:

Mastery of senior-level duties and responsibilities.
Expert in writing code, refactoring, and testing new and existing applications and framework components.
Actively drive and participate in designing and reviewing core functionality, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Drive and participate in code reviews, pair programming, and code analysis.
Work with their team to recommend solutions under accepted testing frameworks and the testing pyramid.
Create and provide estimates of work, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of projects.
Proactively improve coding standards and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers.

What you will need to succeed:

Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and development tools.
Hands on experience on .NET, C#, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, OOPS concepts, Design Patterns, Restful services, Web API.
Knowledge on Azure, Docker
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to mentor and lead a team to meet project deadlines.
Customer-centric orientation and strong customer service skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts.

Qualifications

8+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
3+ years of specialized/industry experience.
Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience).
