this organization is well suited for roles at level A2-A5 and B3 and abovve.However if you're at the B1,B2 maintaingin a work life balance can be challenging . Additionally building connections is crucials for growth within the company. MD is getting involved at junior level promotion .

Indian entity of EPAM is only focussed on staff aug and staffing responsibilities. They claim we take best talent etc. but on the ground company is mainly built and developed by its strong engineering practices from outside of India in the past. There is very less focus on delivery but more focus on just staffing. In addition to this, they take 5 rounds of interviews in which they ensure you have strong engineering technical base and experience, but finally as delivery managers they will only ask you to take interviews, coordinate for demands with clients, and place resources to grow headcount in India. Please remember below things before joining EPAM.They are trapping people for thier business purpose. Interview process has only 2 rounds, even though u r not done well, they will offer you good package. Actual game starts after joining.They are hiring for bench.Recruiter or HR don't disclose below things before joining. They will say like training will be given. It is not training , they will give a big assignment and you have to clear 4 internal rounds of evaluation just to get project interview opportunity. Micromanagement at peak level. your assignment study level tracked by many mentors, Each day need to update which lesson u studied and what topic next. Minimum 3 weeks time will be given. once done mentor will take interview , like this you have to clear 3 levels of interviews. Then they will give opportunity for project interview. Mentor will keep rejecting if he is not satisfied. You will be sent home if not able to clear these 4 rounds..Please be careful before joining. don't get trapped by seeing their offer. This company doesn’t have any culture. It is totally client based work culture. The manager has no power and they keep telling that log off once your working hours are done. But they doesn’t specify the working hours as client gives task in the evening.
