As a customer service representative the shift timing were up to mark and sometimes the tl were helping you can seek help anyone can help

If you don't achieve the desired target the used to put pressure and extend the shift timing no overtime was given. Even for no reason salary gets deducted

If you just want to earn money then you can join this company but believe me there's no further growth and shift hours is 9 hours but you'll need to work extra 1-2 hours everyday and sometimes even more. Management system is really worse here you'll be assigned work at any time even few minutes before your log out.

Salary for fresher is very low Not any public holidays. Weekoff cancel every month Discrimination on the basis of religion which i observed They shutdown the process on 24 march on acount of Holi festival. I don't remember anything just because only I got terrible experience in this wild namely company.

Employees are treated like animals no one listen you, salary issue, management issue, hr issue, tl issue, employee is abused, punching issue you don't get your complete salary, even you give more than 8 hours of login, employees don't get salary on time, too much work pressure, employee is forced to work 8 to 10 hours and NO OT, also too much target pressure, third class wild namely company worst namely company of the world, namely seniors don't listen to employee, so you can understand how much this company is worst. And one more thing if in your bucket you have 3 off so you will get only one off after begging so many times for your own off. Worst recruitment hiring . Worst training structure for new candidate for small process . There is no equality for small process who have less salary. I joined this company as a telecaller, During the 6 months time period I performed well I got so many appreciation for manager & client side after 6 months I got promoted as a Collection Team Leader.

The problem is here no one is supportive, When I got promoted as a Collection Team Leader my salary was 9.3k inhand & I have 15 members of team they getting 12k inhand then, I talked with my manager regarding this issue she's said wait for 3 months I wait 5 months & still my salary was same 9.3k inhand but my team members are getting 14k inhand, After this all I resigned but they are not leaving me so that's why I abscouned there.
