This is 3years old software company, if you place this company I recommend to reconsider your decision. You can't get loan from any bank. You guys sacrifice your night sleeping. And every day they will do mental torture

While I join, my managers was good because of them. They always think for an employees, but now they don’t even care for employees.

This company always think only for plans and I understand because of clients. We are getting a business, but you also have to think about the employees if the person is sick and he can’t work and it still feeling weakness At least they should allow for work from home, but and also after new Manager joins, he’s not allowing me. He’s bargaining on leaves like a market, which is not good.

One of the Worst companies I have worked for. No work life balance, no appraisals, the manager only retains the people who are good to him, else you are out

Open culture. Most of the management is approachable and listens to the concerns and opinions of the employees. The company benefits are also good and they provide good health insurance for the whole family compared to other companies of the same size and leave policy is designed in such a way to encourage leaves to be taken by employees every year. EM has a program of encouraging intrapreneurship for employees to come up with solutions or product ideas that are funded once the idea is approved.
