Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are OK.

Had a issue with salary, it was not sufficient. I didn't got a single appraisal.

There's nothing new in training. No new technology nothing. Same as a BPO. Work environment is not good, very loud and noisy. Often need to extend at work without any additional pay.

Dislikes

Seniors treat you like labour. Work environment is very bad. You will fill suppressed on every level. Not recommended.
