Less salary,very less appraisal. Not good for freshers who wants to do there career in technical background. Because once you join here you will become very comfortable and not able to learn more things. Very obvious projects no more opportunities to learn new things. Favouritism by managers.

The worst part is that there is no proper management in company, mean no matter what your performance is , they will lay off you if project is going to end. it is like use and throw policy.
