Enser communication company is looting the employee only. This company is never paying the employee amount. If your money is pending in this company as a employee after quite the company for sometime hr will tell you you will get soon and after few days nobody will respond you. Worst company ever. Don't join.... They are Fraud. Your shoes will get worn out running for salary but they will not release the salary.i am still working here ,These people have been postponing their salaries for the past 10 days.10 People are talking about all kinds of things, even though they don't have any updates.

Only work and behaviour of all the hr is very good.

Whenever you will leave the company they will not approve your resignation and hold your last incentive. They never promote their employees. Some of people worked there for more than 5 years and they are hiring team leader from outside. Always keeps reducing manpower and increasing the work pressure moreover quality do not let anyone to get the 100% incentive.

Worst company to join can't provide salary incentive on time more there was new policy whenever u resigned from company they never accept your resignation and before accepting they terminate you illegally on notice period and provide you nothing then work culture is there illiterate and Gunda culprit people work there normal and decent people can't work there
