Lots of hidden policies are there. They dont clr anything. All r mile bhagat. Sab apni manmani krte hai jese inka ghr ka office hai sb. Disrespectful staff of HR, MANAGER, TL sb khud ka chalate hai ghar ka hai ese. They dont hv value of employee. No increment no appraisal. No payout for split. Faltu shedule of week off. 2mnth ek hi konsi company ese rkhti hai. Lol 😂🤣 dont go thr. Go othr side.

the worst part to hate in bigbasket is that we need beg the management & team leaders to take our leaves even on festival days also there is no proper timing for meeting according to the shift timings working 3.7 months no salary hike in bigbasket i couldn't find any growth in that organization which made me to leave the job
