only one person vikas jha who spoil my dream and who took revenge from me... only one point when i said no for work just because of i already worked for 12 hr...when enphase shifted to the banglore, the company did not check my performance..i was doing quality check from my project.. but the company selected those employee who didn't achieve his target just because of vikas jha sir give the list... my last working day was 31december2022 but still i was missing my enphase days... all my team member had gone to banglore except me... i really want to rejoin...Read More

As an employees nothing will favour in this organisation. Extended work hours . Poor middle management. They will get top college grads and unable to use them properly. Bonus and hikes is just joke. Hikes based on visibility and managers (peer managers too).need to work on overnights and one day you will be get fired 😤. It’s People managed organisation. HRs policies will restrict to PPTs.

Personal property of director, micro management at toxic level No hike or raise since 2 years, everyone working on same Salary Promotions based on favourites not on talent. Management is frog of well...no MNC environment....too much direct interference. Of management in toxic way. Too much of targeting individually to employees. ..no wonder hundreds of employees left at same time. They will threaten you every day for kicking you out. Dont fall in RSU trap.... Out of 4 years no increament for 2 years. Engineering work quality in India is pathetic. They hire IITians for testing under the garb of enineering. HR is worst- They will make policies but leave enforcement up to manager which doesn't happen due to work pressure. Consider only if you are jobless
