Personal property of director, micro management at toxic level No hike or raise since 2 years, everyone working on same Salary Promotions based on favourites not on talent. Management is frog of well...no MNC environment....too much direct interference. Of management in toxic way. Out of 4 years no increament for 2 years. Engineering work quality in India is pathetic. They hire IITians for testing under the garb of enineering. HR is worst- They will make policies but leave enforcement up to manager which doesn't happen due to work pressure. Consider only if you are jobless

Everything. Managers/Directors are totally waste.. Simply pushing their subordinates.. Expecting 24/7 to be available for them. Yet they will not satisfied and expect even more. Definitely spoil the mental health. If anyone are looking for joining newly, please consider yourself as machines and you have to be ON and functional all the time interestingly without supply and maintenance.

The management is very saturated with people who joined 5-6 years back. There is not a lot of options to move up in the ladder until you are friends with them.
