- Alternate Saturday Working - It Totally depends on your manager, would recommend to take feedback of your reporting manager from ex- employees. He/she could make your life hell: No work life balance, No recognition, unnecessary work pressure. - Salary Disparity at its peak. You could be earning 10 lakhs at 5 years of experience and thinking you are well settled but at Avaada disparity will hit you like anything. Same education qualification, same tier college but person with less/similar experience might be earning double than you (Fact). As per my experience would not recommend to join Avaada at this stage of company's situation. (FY24-25)...Read More

Dislikes
