I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. - Alternate Saturday Working - It Totally depends on your manager, would recommend to take feedback of your reporting manager from ex- employees. He/she could make your life hell: No work life balance, No recognition, unnecessary work pressure. - Salary Disparity at its peak. You could be earning 10 lakhs at 5 years of experience and thinking you are well settled but at Avaada disparity will hit you like anything. Same education qualification, same tier college but person with less/similar experience might be earning double than you (Fact).
