One jovial person can also learn how to behave seriously, with no one talking to you, teaching or guiding you and then after you have spent time they will conduct assessment and throw you out saying you didn’t clear assessment, no training will be given, mentor is very busy without any project doesn’t have time to guide or teaches anyone. When they come to campus, one Sir comes and speaks so good that first 3 years of career work at one place, people will think wow what gyan and nice HR nice company and this company is heaven, and you join and then you get to know you cannot talk, cannot joke, cannot walk and then you understand this is a biggest door to hell. I am working as a trainee intern here since 4 months and the work culture here is very convenient and it was a good opportunity to learn subject related to cybersecurity. Everything will be taught here from the scratch and there will be a little pressure to be taken which can be avoided by improving the pace in the work.

Dislikes

The strict work culture makes it somewhat hard to concentrate on work as the pressure will be increasing
