the university is a specialized one. Scope for innovative works. Job prospects were there. Excellent team work.

Dislike not such. Sometimes some official formalities takes time. That,s all.

It was challenging job. Maintenance of Administration, Academic activities, compilation of results, checking of accounts, ledger etc.and above all preparation of estimates, budgets etc with the help of other supporting staff.

Constructive , innovative and team initiatives. Overall a good work environment prevails.

Hardly any dislikes. Being a Central government organisation/institution, rules and regulations are to be followed strictly. No hard feelings.

Work Details

It was a challenging as well as interesting job. Enjoyed working with my colleagues as well as Juniors and seniors. Efforts made to complete the assigned works in time with the proper satisfaction of the authorities.

I had a wonderful experience as that was my first appointment as a permanent faculty member. I had freedom to design the course curriculum.

Dislikes

Not much scope for growth in academics as far as French language is concerned.
