I joined here as a Dy. Manager after leaving NHPC (I worked there for 10 years), and am here in EIL for past 14 years. I am in Project Management Division of EIL. Overall very challenging and very satisfactory experience.

The job is very nice,we give on the job training and there are sessions conducted by department for various activities being performed,then there is site training which gives hands on experience on real construction activities.
