As a long-service employee, since 5 years, you deserve to be senior, as in, you came across handling new projects, helping your colleagues through your skills to uplift the ongoing work load, and doing all your efforts to perform top. Work life balance is good and co-ordination between employees are great. Management is fine. Many more opportunities to grow your skills and learn better. Flexibility in job timings. Salary is credited on time.

Dislikes

Favorize between employees at the time of appraisal and promotion. Lack of career growth. Lack of festival vibes by the organization. Bias on the judgement during event and monthly reward. Hard work in neglected.

enfuse gives the job security to its employee .

Dislikes

only company which i came across is that nearly 50% or may be more employee are relative friend and family of the directors and manager. which hamper an employee in terms of rewards and recognition as the other relative are directly reporting to their immediate family member which at the end turns in the their favor (over all biased management)
