I have mentioned all the things above but if you still need it: - Spend half a day in travel unless you decide to put up near the office which is a rural area No work from home (you might get fired if you ask often) - You can be laid off anytime - No job security - working on old technologies you don’t have a scope to learn new cutting edge tools - competitors beat the shit out of the company with new age technologies and better user experience - no lucrative salary. There are few managers who will treat you like a family, I was in vismith sir team who is one of the great manager who will guide you each and everything without any hesitation and make you feel comfortable with work and company culture

Office is located near KIA which is almost 35km away from city life and work from office is mandatory, wfh option will be given after few months of joining and that too for genuine reasons.
