I've observed that many hardworking employees are not recognized or not given appraisals, while those close to senior management or the friends children of senior managers receive recognition despite limited contributions. During my time working with Harshita, it was evident that she primarily focused on a select few individuals whowere close to her, neglecting others who were equally deserving but who not involved in office politics. There is nothing about like here, your life going to be worst here.Lot of internal politics involved if you are working under Harshitha. She is the worst manager without any leadership skills. She has nothing to do with employees carrier and their growth.

Dislikes

There is no upgraded technology here, if you giving your valuable time here there is no scope for you in outside market to get a job. You going to spend your most of time in traveling only from home to office.Many employees here who is having 5yrs experience but in such a way they are not upgraded themselves as per outside market demanding technologies, so no option here for them now and dominating with in the organization and spoiling carrier of newly joined employees....Read More

I got in hands of good manager luckily I think he is the only one I personally feel is very knowledgeable but company left him also recently .all the good people left in team no positives in my 2 year experience.

Hr department,any time layoff policy,nothing new to learn same old tools managment dont even bother to improve the product even though team was ready to improve the product,had to do work from home with personal laptop during covid time no support at all.plus salary cutting and no hike .

No work life balance mandatory 8 hours 45 minutes we have to sit in front of computer if work is also not there. No sick leaves for 1st year,no activites,no outings,with all this no you even if you get good work to learn it might had make some worthy but
