There is nothing will get,If there is a option to don't give any star, I will choose that. If u r a fresher u can spend maximum of 1yr at this company otherwise don't look at the offer letter just escape from the bluffings..This is like a sinking boat.

In the starting they're all treet u with sugar coted words but in reality they'll not .They had their own rules, no matter If u perform well or not. Totally occupied with office politics. Specifically I will not support anyone to join the project called FAB (First Abudabi Bank). The project manager Neelakantan is insane.. he don't know what was he told and what was doing. Office is located near KIA which is almost 35km away from city life and work from office is mandatory, wfh option will be given after few months of joining and that too for genuine reasons.
