Everything abt it.. They won't even think about employees and just assign work without consideration for time and expect it to work and terminate you without any proper discussion

Some time work pressure is high. Job training is not sufficient for fresher.

Organization gave the right exposure for me, got to work in various domestic and overseas projects UAE, Middle East, Swiss, France, USA. Managed software application analysis design, development and implementation of desktop, client server, web apps in multiple domains

Dislikes

Although I was getting good exposure, when it comes to compensation, it was poor and below industry standard. To add it further, many a times the project (perhaps 6 months later of the completion of project) share was rewarded not on time and sometimes on installment basis.

Work Details

Worked as a Software Architect with emQube LLC, Dubai, UAE (startup since inception). Managed software application analysis, design, development and implementation of desktop / client server, web apps in multiple domains

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
